Not a record. Verifiable proof.
Every GetConsent session produces a cryptographically secured evidence pack. Every event (viewed, answered, comprehension checked, signed) is hash-chained and server-signed. When a consent decision is ever questioned, you do not reconstruct what happened. You recompute it.
The record shows what the patient understood
A signature proves a patient held a pen. A comprehension check proves they understood the specific risk. Validated questions are presented section by section, with up to three attempts and full attempt history, so the evidence captures understanding, not just receipt.
Hash-chained and server-signed
Every event is linked to the one before it: event_hash = SHA-256(prevHash | canonicalJSON(payload)). Change any event and every hash after it breaks. Each entry is also digitally signed by the server, providing non-repudiation. A global anchor chain makes even whole-session deletion detectable.
- Tamper-evident by construction
- Server-signed for non-repudiation
- Independently verifiable hash chain
- Global anchor detects deletion
Everything, in one tamper-evident document
Generated automatically on completion, and exportable in the format your lawyers, auditors, or EMR need.
From “we think consent was obtained” to “here is the record: verify it yourself”
Send a real consent today
Solo clinicians and small practices set up in an afternoon and send their first consent the same day. No procurement, no sales call, no card. Nothing about your current process has to change until you are satisfied.
See it run on your workflow
Multi-site hospitals and networks get a 30-minute demo configured for your EMR, your SSO, and the governance reports your accreditors actually ask for. You leave with a working trial account.
